The Range

Every nature home is handmade to order from sustainable cedar, larch, or oak, with stainless steel hardware throughout. Browse the full range below, or get in touch if you're after something specific.

Bird boxes

Three designs built for the garden species that visit most, each with correctly sized entrance holes, drainage, and ventilation.

Apex bird box

Our steepest roofline, giving extra headroom inside and the sharpest rain runoff. Available with a 25mm entrance for blue, coal and marsh tits, or a 32mm entrance which also suits great tits, house sparrows and nuthatches.

Classic bird box

Our original, best-selling design — a traditional gable roof and proportions that suit most gardens. Available with a 25mm entrance for blue, coal and marsh tits, or a 32mm entrance which also suits great tits, house sparrows and nuthatches.

Open-fronted box

A wide, low opening rather than a round hole — the design robins and wrens prefer, tucked somewhere sheltered and covered.

Larch only · Open front

Bat boxes

Built to established bat conservation designs, with a narrow entry slot into the roosting chamber, and rough-sawn timber that bats can grip.

Single chamber

One roosting chamber with a narrow 20mm entry slot — a compact box suited to most gardens and boundary trees.

Larch only · 20mm opening

Double chamber

Two separate roosting chambers, each with a narrow 20mm entry slot, offering more capacity within one box.

Cedar only · 20mm opening

Bee & insect homes

Homes for solitary bees and overwintering insects, with cavities sized for the species that use them.

Bee block

A dense block of bamboo tubes in mixed diameters, packed tight behind a pitched roof for maximum nesting cavities.

Cedar or larch · Mixed diameter tubes

Solitary bee house

A smaller, simpler home with fewer, larger cavities — ideal for a patio, balcony, or anywhere space is limited.

Cedar or larch · Large-diameter tubes

Butterfly houses

A narrow-slotted shelter giving butterflies somewhere safe to rest and feed, protected from predators.
